Suggestions on when to pop Hyperspeed Accelerators?

I just read that the Hyperspeed Accelerators will improve dps by a bit because of the haste buff over the atk pwr enchant. I generally pull anywhere from 4.5k-6k depending on the fights using the 16/0/55 spec and rotation.. and back to the topic I would like to know when a good point in the rotation to pop the Hyperspeed Accelerators. Macros anything would help lol.

Feel free to comment also on how to pull more dps lol.

Every CD i think it was suggested on EJ to pop it for maximum dps.

Ideally though, it would be popped right before you summon gargoyle if youre unholy.
