Just wondering how they are going to top the 460ish constant extra AP we are getting from the current libram.

This. Well, both of these. I'll give two examples of future possible "good librams":

"Increases the length of your Holy Vengeance and Blood Corruption by 10 seconds and the total number of stacks by 1".

What this does:
---> Adds more time to the stacks so they fall off less when running around (ex: Icehowl)
---> Adds an extra 7% weapon damage to all attacks when stacked to 6.
---> Increases the ramp up time by 3 seconds.

"Your Exorcism critical hits increase all Holy damage done by 20% for 18 seconds".

What this does:
---> Increases total damage output by roughly 12%.
---> Guaranteed uptime on UD bosses.
---> has a chance to "fail", making it less useful in some situations but helpful in a lot of situations.

Librams would have to focus on:
>> Damage of our main abilities
>> Reduced Cooldowns on abilities
>> If-then statements which grant effects.

I think this libram will be good for quite a while. you cant pass up 200 static strength. However, they can always nerf it. I don't think the nerf will be any time soon, and maybe never, but its one way to make us stop using it. Or they could be really cool and make a new one thats better.

-If they put actual stats on a Libram along with some sort of equip effect.
