For what? Feral tanking? No. Cat DPS? No. Moonkin DPS? No.

Maybe he wants us to guess for what.

Oh goodie, is this a new game?

On a serious note: if that is some kind of resto spec, words cannot describe how wrong it is.
Check the resto sticky for various resto specs, proper ones.

Is better, and if you want to dps you use the following rotation

IS-MF- Rake- Clawx2-4(to get 5 combo points)-bite- Instant wrath, rinse and repeat.

Looks like a resto pvp spec to me, except that you missed natures swiftness and natural perfection which are both big bonuses

The threads that are stickied to the top of this form have lots of reliable talent specs.

Take out one point from Nature's Bounty and use Nature's Swiftness.

Yes, the "extra SP but no WG" build exists, and it's not that bad. The problem is, it's highly specialized. You're a good tank healer, but you lose a load of aoe capabilities by skipping GotEM and WG.
Btw - it pairs with Int/SP and Int/Spi gems.

I think he was taking canceling form as a shift.

Re: Is this a reliable spec ?

it's not good for raid healing (No wg, no gote)
it's not so good for tank spamming... with your glyphs and spec i'd say you wanna nourish and regrowth spam tank... with occasional sm...
i think you should reroll paladin...
druids work with hots rather than with regular heals... you wanna keep lbs, rejuvs and wgs ticking... if you wanna use just one spell (nourish rather than regrowth imo) you should glyph for lb, and spec for gote.
