The definition of 'powerful' is not fulfilled by 50% classexistance (ok at that % it also would be ). If warlocks continue being somehow competetive w/ Chaos Bolt Conflag they will rise as pallys did with WotLK and shamans did with s6...

my definition of powerful is 8k chaos bolt + 7k conflag on a 900 resilience target at once.
