To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if there were any. I should imagine implementing an enrage timer ending in a zone-wide cleave hitting for 1,000,000 ++ damage would be fairly easy to do

So yes, this fight will most likely contain a cleave.

hes gonna hit 3 tanks at once...

and all "oh feck" cooldowns will be reduced to 5secs, they always need to be on cooldown, the cleave hits for 65k on plate..... wts icecrown armor already!
