Well, now that we know he's not anything of the sort, who is this guy? Is it a trash model, or something from the plagueworks? IMO he looks like a festergut.

The picture you posted is the first boss in Pit of Saron 5 man, Forgemaster something, he was changed to the frost model in the second build of the PTR.

Ya that model has been known to be the 5 man boss Forgemaster Somethinorother for awhile

I don't think thats marrowgars final model, it doesn't look like he's made from the bones of 1000 dead adventurers, just a bunch of really big bones, not to mention he has no animations for his emote
