Clarification regarding new 5 man, 10/25 man

Please respond to my questions and elaborate if you could please.

As I understand it, patch 3.3 will contain a new 5 man, and a new 10/25 man ? True or false?

The 5 man instance will be a different instance than the 10/25 man? True or false?

Can you give your best estimate on when you expect the next patch to come out? I was thinking sometime before Christmas.

The new patch 3.3 Ice Crown Citadel will feature:

A New Raid Dungeon which will be available in 10 or 25 man versions. Each encounter will allow the raid to select (essentially via an on/off switch) if they would like hard or normal mode.

It will also feature a 5 man dungeon which consists of 3 separately instanced wings. Each wing will have 2-3 bosses and the 3 wings WILL NOT share a lock out.

And yes, all three wings of the 5 man will be different than the 10/25. (unlike TOC where there is one big round room for a full tier of content)
