Our guild actually found that if we put 2 healers on each side as guards, and let everyone run around like idiots, we succeed quicker and faster.

When everyone stacks up, all it takes is "That Guy™" to screw up a few times and kill the lot of us.

Yep. Most of the pain actually comes from "Hey we all need to be Dark now" and watch us all b-line to the black portal through some black orbs and boom, half the raid went splat.

The healers can't do everything, so we make everyone do a little bit of everything ^^

Yes. Don't do it.

If your guild has already killed them as a progression boss, and you do this once as a "Hey, neat!" then you can still be held accountable for "exploiting", despite being able to kill them again without the trick.

If your guild has not killed them and manages to do so while you use this trick, OR you use this excessively then you can and will be banned, as well as potentially having the loot removed from your guild.

In my experience, if you have to ask that question, then 9 times out of 10 the answer is yes.

Can you honestly say that you don't believe this will be hotfixed in the near future? Blizzard wouldn't hotfix something if it was intended and if it wasn't intended then its an exploit.

You *probably* won't get banned for it unless your raid takes it to the extreme and has everyone use a food buff to stack to 99 before the encounter starts.
