This is a breakdown of me on the target dummy. Im not sure if this information helps you
analyze but maybe someone can help me squeeze out a little more dps

Looks pretty good to me. We never pull insane amounts on the dummies. The only problem I would say, is that you are using MS and therefore, hitting multiple dummies, which inflates your stats a bit. I assume you do not have AiS in your rotation. If you are running ULD or ToC, it is good to have. You can fire it while moving. MS is more suited for trash or heroics. Just my opinion on that one.

you also have 29% active time which explains why your shot counts seemed abnormally low for a 7 mins fight

That was the kinda feedback i was hoping for. I dont know how to work wws stat in game yet hence why it was 7mins fight on a 2min target dummy.


Just always thinking im doing something wrong when hunters on here are pulling 8k (I pull 6k on 25 man) with only SLIGHTLY better gear. My gun is only 219 for example, does this and a few 245 items really make such a difference? Does end game stuff scale that well?

Using random dps references from the board isn't really a good way to look at your dps. DPS numbers will vary and "stand and shoot" fight have mostly went the way of the dodo. Try comparing your dps with something like http://www.wowmeteronline.com/rank/c.../hnt/8/0/3/320 instead.

but the 219 weapon is a lot of dps, because 226 and higher have much higher dps because blizz added some dps bonus to those weapons because there where no better arrows
