And I doubt that going from Bear --> Tauren/NE for innervate --> Bear is what Blizzard means with ''moar shapeshifting''. So really, Ferals should be able to do this while in a form, although it shouldn't be ANOTHER talent so there would have to be a fitting talent to just add it in.

From what I have heard, this is exactly what they want. They want you to switch stances all the time just to cast one spell etc.

No. They want us to use every form you've got with every spec. Not just DPSing for 5 mins in Cat --> Tauren/NE for 3 sec --> switch back to Cat. Same goes for every Form.
