If by full benefit you are talking about the 40% extra benefit from potions then OK.

But, I still think that there will be plenty of people that would buy the BOE trinkets, especially if there were made for the current content (meaning way higher than ilvl 200).

Sure, you might not buy em on your main raiding toon, but they would be a great head start to give to one of your alts... just look at how many people still buy the inscription trinkets, and I'm not talking about the greatness cards, I'm talking about the other budget trinkets.
