My wife leveled up another paladin as a farmer mainly. I started playing the paladin for fun and she is an enchanter/miner. My question is, for a ret paladin, which is better? +4 stats to ring or +40 AP?

Also +4 stats is TBC enchant, other ones are WOTLK enchants.
