I tried looking and didn't find this specific screenshot so I decided to take one when screwing around in wowmodelviewer trying to find anything new or cool.
It's a possible spoiler so click at your own free will and don't come complaining if it ruins anything.

I'm not sure but they are two completely different rooms from the look of it.

That's very interesting, although it doesn't really look like what we've seen so far, more like what it looked like in the WC3:TFT end cinematic. Perhaps a flashback?

Although as far as I know it just popped up on the files I can look through so maybe we'll see it in a flashback like the above poster mentioned :P .

Again, pretty sure it's merely the files concerning that old cinematic, they've probably just gone mostly unnoticed up to this point. It's an extremely common technique of developers when making in-engine cinematics to create closed off areas like this with their own skyboxes to do them in. Often, these areas never leave the finished game, but instead linger in the files and the game world, way off on their own someplace.

A great example is in GTA3, where players found the 'set' for the game's opening cinematic after flying (very awkwardly) across the game's ocean for about 20 minutes. It was utterly devoid of physical collision-enabled geometry, but had textures and props, like this area.

Well, from the first pic I saw. It was one of the first "hints" from Blizzard to us about Wrath. The one where he says... "..One true King." at the end.
