Somebody REALLY needs to go back to kindergarten and relearn their colors.
That's PURPLE. And considering it's undead, and purple is considered to be a "halloween" color, I see not why you think that an unfitting color.
A better question:
Why does it's head look like that? It's head is ugly, unlike the color.

Color blind much? Purple is the color of royalty btw, but in Wow a dark purple like that is usually shadow based & unholy. get over it. It looks awsome imo.

Looks bitchin' purple to me. That said, it's probably not the 'traditional' frost wyrm color (and I say this with a glimmer of hope in my eyes) because a 'traditional' blue frost wyrm will drop in ICC. This way arena-gladiators get something especially cool and unique. I hope. Oh I hope.
