    "Unrelenting Assault" ?

Okay im playing up an Arms warrior (lvling most in BGs) and ofc i have "Unrelenting Assault" 2/2
"Reduces the cooldown of your Overpower and Revenge abilities by 4 secs and increases the damage done by both abilities by 20%. In addition, if you strike a player with Overpower while they are casting, their magical damage and healing will be reduced by 50% for 6 sec."
But still havent seen it place any debuff on an enemy, ofc hard to see if it have been on a single time in bg but havent seen it in bg or outside.. Is mobs immune to this or what?

    On wowwiki it says
"The ability also causes a curious bug with Revenge. When Revenge is enabled, this talent allows you to repeatedly spam it until it is disabled. When tanking as Arms while leveling, use this to your advantage."
and just testet it, and that seem to work.. 5 revenge on a single dodge..

It IS hard to see as it's 6 sec, but not that much that you wouldn't notice. Also yes "mobs" are immune to it, it says "strike a player" so
And yes it is buggy, just used it to my advantage to get Bloodsail Admiral

The "issue" with revenge is that when you dodge an attack you have four(or something similar) seconds to use revenge. It doesn't say "1 charge" and since you reduce the cd to zero you can use it until that "revenge window" is closed.

the talent proc says nothing about revenge, it just reduces your revenge by 4seconds, making you able to use it every global
when you block/dodge/parry you have a 5sec window to use revenge, and since its on a gcd you can use it 4-5 times

revenge only procs if YOU dodge, parry or block
Overpower only procs if YOUR TARGET dodges
There's never enough time to do all the nothing you want

The debuff is amazing. To apply the debuff you need to use overpower on a cast.

UA is the reason a good war eats Discs and Rshamans for breakfast and reduces the healingoutput of a paladin to about zero (ms on focus and op 1 cast of the paladin).

And it's great to reduce burst too. In Arena when you're training a bursty caster you debuff him -50% dmg and watch eles and destros cry because they can't global you/r teammate

easier said then done in most situations

but yes, it applies a 6second debuff on the target that reduces spelldmg/healing done by him if you Overpower one of his casts
