Prot PvP

Im sure there are 100s of threads about this somewhere but I want up to date info... Im currently prot pvp spec and Im doing pretty good... Im in full deadly with a Toc 10 weap and titansteel shield Im also gemmed for full ArP. My dps seems to be fine and the only class I seem to struggle against are cloth healers... Just wondering if ArP or Str is better for Prot Pvp and also whether Tankin/PVE/PVP gear is better to use for pvp as prot pvp.

stacking Str not only increases your attack power by 2xStr, but also block value by Str/2 which increases your damage with Shield Slam
