At least it's not like UP (you know the crack in the roof that is not visible from outside). It's that the ICC looks from outside like when you are in the raid instance. Just for convenience.

Well, that's how it's supposed to be. The citadel looks more in tune with the massive middle section of the raid instance. Otherwise it doesn't work.

Mostly, though, the change is to accommodate for the (very) different roof of the citadel inside the raid instance:



I'm personally glad they resized it...they're putting in actual effort to make up for Lana'thel's awful model. >_>
