Item usebility for Arenas

I think blizzard should make Item called: "Frostweave net" to be usable for arenas so tailoring would be useful to arenas and it would be nice for caster that have tailor. What do u all others think abouot if that would be changed?

Im pretty sure the cape enchants tailors have works in arenas so tailoing is not useless and you sir fail.
