Warlock starting stats?

I'm about to ding 80 and was wondering what I should aim for before I start 2s/3s

Somebody told me 2k+ Sp and 800+ resillience, but this seems quite steep for a newly dinged 80, any advice is appreciated

But yeah 800+ resil, hit capped for 80s, spell penetration
capped, and about 2k spell power without fel armor. These stats are easily attainable with honor/badge/wg/voa/crafted gear. Get your pet macros situated. Your success will depend on your comp.
