    Re: So Arthas shrank?

As someone said, if they made them too big, then we'd be fighting their toe.

Then again.. they could mess around and make it work if they had to. Look at Kologarn. We fought only the upper half of his body because he's so huge. :P

    Sindragosa is fine, stop complaining.

As for Deathwing, perhaps we will fight him on a ledge/cliff/something. Maybe the tank stand at the top near his head, melee DPS on the floor at his back (or sides if Dragon mechanics apply) and the ranged stand somewhere else. Seperate the healers into groups and off you go.

    Re: So Arthas shrank?

    Dear OP.
Your statemant holds no thruth at all !

First of all both sartharion and sindragosa were originally blue dragons. Blue dragons are the smallest of the dragons and Richard A. Knaak says things like " despite his little size his mastery over magic ..." about malygos which is the biggest of blue dragons several times in his books.
In the raid instance Sindragosa is WAY bigger than sartharion. Just go look it out for yourself or on some images.
And about Deathwing he is the biggest of all dragons. Probably even larger than Alextrasaza herself now. So you might want to imagine his size based at alextrasaza's size at the wrathgate.
    80 Orc Hunter
    80 Tauren druid
    80 Tauren Warrior
    80 Orc Warlock
    80 Blood elf Death knight
    To Be continued...

Fighting the toe would be kinda funny, plus it would explain why you have to come back to kill him again next week - it's a different toe.

Pretty much proves the OP's point moot :P Sindragosa is ginormous.

    Re: So Arthas shrank?

I agree that Deathwing should be bigger than all other dragon bosses, and I actually quite liked the idea someone had about a gunship. It would actually feel kinda awesome if the melee could jump from the ship onto his back or something, while the ranged stayed on and nuked, while Deathwing periodically targetted the gunship/zeppelin with flame breath or something. Could be a funky little DPS race if you had to kill him or push him into a different phase before the fuel got too hot and exploded.

Anyway back on topic, it's not likely they'll make him THAT big, even though he should be, like people said, fitting something that huge into an encounter is pretty hard, and despite how good it might look from range, tanking/DPSing something which you can only reach foot height of... no fun.

Maybe they give us toon viagra and it makes us big enough to not feel like ants biting his feet and it has a duration that, if it runs out, we're all splat. Problem solved.

    PS: Fysics lol
