Definitely go Dwarf, Easily the coolest Alliance race, very nice gun racial, there will always be a Draenei with hit aura anyway from shaman with heroism so unless you're guild has a rubbish raid set-up its a wasted racial for a hunter. And besides there is so much hit on WotLK items you'll never need a racial or talent for hit once you get stuck into raiding. Stoneform is also nice for those poison/disease/bleed bosses.
