However, please, don't forget Crit from agility is useless for me now.

my crit is alomost 60%(with buff) now. (As you know crit cap is 55% with buff)
So putting more agi=loss of dps

What I'm wondering is that
even if I have no "Grim toll, nor Mjolnir Runestone", I should keep arp gems.
the issue is whether Arp still wins Str without one of those thinkets.

As others have pointed out, you're wrong. The "crit cap" is at 75%. And even then, it affects only white attacks and FB. Rip and Shred (and Mangle, if you're doing it) have no "crit cap" at all.

For real, there is no reason to pursue Strength. Since the change to SR in 3.1, the AP gain is minimal, and the impact almost unnoticeable. Remember that more crit means not only more overall damage on your strikes, but also more CPs, thus more finishers.

agi > str for a feral druid.

It's hard to believe you're Hit, Expertise AND Crit capped and Strength is somehow better than Armor Penetration rating.
