I feel like something is off with my DPS. im lost in what i need to fix it. i do about 5000,6500 Dps, my ping is from 120,220.

do i need to fix my spec?

Spec is fine. Try getting a DMC: Greatness to replace your Grim toll. Agil > ArP for Survival.

It says on the armory atm the spec your using is survival. With the ArP you have, and your Grim Toll, i would suggest Marksmanship. It scales alot better with ArP.

Otherwise, your armory lookes good. Gem'd right, right enchants, good spec. Could it possibly be a rotation/cooldown usage problem?

What exactly are you doing for your rotation?

Your armor and spec is pretty good, i would also suggest going with MM when u got so much ArP combined with grim toll.

The best rotation for MM with your gear is: Kill shot>SrS>CS>AS>ArS>SS
If you get even more ArP you can try skipping ArS

Once you hit 50% crit raid buffed you should not be using ArS anyways. It's a dps lose.
