Elemental Oath - Boomkin Aura

Hi,

If a ele shaman is effected by boomkin aura will the 10% damage increasing ability still proc off clear casting, since you don't get the additional crit because it doesn't stack with the aura?

Yup any temp buff like 10% ap 5% melee/spell crit will over ride the perma buffs like the hunter trueshot aura and boomkin/feral druid thingy

Yes. If you read your talent, having points in the talent mean that when Clearcasting is active, you deal 10% more damage, not while CC is active AND you have Oath. So unless you lose the Clearcasting buff you will deal 10% more while its there even if you have 50 other buffs that do the same thing.
