Ideas for a new UI.

I recently upgraded my monitor from a normal 1280x1024 resolution to a 1600x900 widescreen, and I've decided its time to finally make a new UI. The only problem with this is that my UIs generally end up the same as always, or close to it, due to the fact that im not very creative. Basically, i need ideas for a semi-minimal UI. Memory usage is not an issue. Quick draws in paint or in-game screenshots, either work. If its an in-game shot, a list of the add-ons would be nice. Thanks. =D
