The "high end" raiders you people like to refer so much don't really care about some protodrakes.
They care about progression, and the high level of raiding they can experience with others.
Blizzard figured it would be nice to distinguish those that take the time, input the effort and display a high skill level with Proto Drake Rewards.
As you see I mentioned reward, meaning you actually have to do something to get it.
Like putting alot of time in raiding, this does not include flying to scholozar basin every week spending a few gold on an egg.
And if u do get the proto drake from an egg, you're rewarded for your dedication of buying it every week, witouth knowing you'll ever get it.
This thread reminds me of going to a 3 year old's birthday party, the 5 year old brother gets jealous and also wants presents, to bad it's not his birthday.
