Third patch and still no new shields. Not raiding and stuck with ilvl200 shields FTL.

Maybe they'll add some new plans then or I'll most likely rip myself a new Dr Phil hairdue.

It's 219, so it stands to reason that it will be in the normal mode of one of the new 5 mans.
