The names mentioned in the book "The Death Knights of Acherus" in the DK start zone are death knights from the Friends & Family Alpha Test; we run into Jayde, Munch and Melt later on, though Melt isn't quite a death knight anymore, heh.

Jayde was a major contributor to DeathKnight.info during the F&F Alpha, and risked a lot to get us some really good info.
