To the OP

It is very hard to switch from what you know and are comfortable doing. I could sit here and list out all my keybinds, but instead I will give you my logic behind my binds instead. Maybe that will help more then some long list.

First off, I roll a fury/Prot (now fury/arms) warrior. I try to use the same keys for what you could call priority abilities. Example ALT+S for my Prot warrior is shield bash (interrupt) and that same binding is pummel when in fury. The 2 core abilities to fury (WW and BT) are used on the 2 and 3 keys with 1 being auto attack. In Prot 2 is revenge macro's with heroic strike and 3 is devastate again 2 core abilities for both specs. The other thing I take advantage of is the 2 extra buttons on my mouse. I use these for proc and instant or spammed abilites. I have heroic strike and slam bound to these for fury and thunder clap and shield block for prot.

It really doesnt matter how you have everything set up. Everyone has some reason for their setup. It could be from playing another class forever then switching to a warrior or some other class. You might find that clicking still works best for you. as long as you can do the task at hand who cares how you do it.

because of the way the camera is focused around the mouse and the fact that our fingers have greater twitch response than our forearms, clicking will never yield a faster reaction than keybinds. theres a difference between doing your job, and doing your job correctly.

I guess you mean it's a difference between doing your job and doing your job well. Clickers can complete all PvE encounters in game as long as they are not downright stupid, however they will perform better if equally good at using keybindings.

My PvE key binds (Arms Spec): Keep Pinkie on 3, Pointer finger on 6, In my berserker stance 0 is Intercept, - is Battle Stance, = is berserker rage
~ Push to talk (vent)
1 auto attack
2 HS
3 Execute
4 Slam
5 MS
6 OP
7 Rend
8 BS
9 T-clap
0 Charge
- Berserker Stance
= Berserker Rage
F1 Racial Ability (WoF for me)
F2 Sweeping Strikes
F3 Bloodrage
F4 Cleave
F5 Victory Rush
F6 D-stance/disarm macro
F7 D-stance/Spell Reflection macro
F8 Recklessness/Retaliate/SW
F9 H-Throw
F10 S-throw
F11 Trinket 1
F12 Trinket 2

ctrl 1-= are various mounts, shouts, macros and less used abilities (including /hug)

Edit: Why WOULD someone need intervene? I havn't even used the damn skill since they made taunt 30 yards.. Well except for gimmicky things.. This is a Pve context.

I don't bind to alt or control because they're in awkward spots for me.

First of all.
I'm glad you've seen sense into going to keybinds.

Ignore all the ZCKETOEQWE Keybinds
Get comfy with you find easy to use.

Start with 1-5.
Then using Shift1-5.
If you can't do that. then don't
Try a key a day.
Remember keybinding everything and forgetting what you keybinded it as will put you off completely.
