It is sct, not msbt

Could be SCT, MSBT, or Parrot. He has his outgoing set to animate straight down, his incoming to scroll to the left. I didn't see him using any long cooldown spell which would trigger anything in the "static" section that MSBT has or any off-cd spell displays that Parrot uses. The display is possible, I believe, with any of the 3 main CT mods I mentioned, you just have to play with them.
