Addon help

I am wondering if anyone knows of an addon that displays the mobs health that i have targeted in both numbers and % also if it could do it for players health/mana too that would be fine, but specifically the mob i have targeted. That is the only function I am looking for, not looking for anything that changes the UI or does something extra. Pretty simple addon that just displays numbers and %. Any help would be awesome.

Those frames are amongst several collectively known as unit frames, and what you want is provided by many different addons that can completely replace those frames with hugely customizable versions.
Since you are just starting out with such addons, then I would take a look at something simpler, XPerl being one of the easier ones to set up, since it has less flexibility than many others.

Yea, i have been told xperl by some of my friends, but i was hopeing there was something that all it did was put a % beside the mobs health that i have targeted. I use the blizzard UI and dont really wanna mess with it since i like it, and feel free to flame me for that if you want to.
