[A] Confined - Kazzak - Recruiting ICC25HC 10/12 (Scandinavian)

Hello everyone,

Confined is a [color=red]Danish PvE guild on Kazzak, one of the most competitive servers in Europe (although some Norwegians and Swedes that understand Danish have snuck in!
We're a pretty casual guild, having only 3 mandatory raid days a week, putting us just about top5-8-ish on the server. The rest of the week is spent on PvP, 10-mans, alt-runs or - God forbid! - real life. However casual our small amount of raid days may seem, the guild is formed with progress and good playing as key elements; we won't accept members who slack and hold the rest of us back. This also means that anyone applying should know when the jokes on ventrilo should stop, and when to put on your game-face. We use a very fair zero-sum DKP system, with a new system for every new tier of content. This means new members aren't hopelessly lost behind our veterans - when tier9/10/11 is released, everyone starts over at 0 dkp. In order to get considered, applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of your class and your role in 25-man raids (our requirements to personal skill are pretty tough). This also means reading up on the theoretical side of things.
• Time to join 3 raids per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays). We require an attendance of at least 60%, however more is encouraged.
• Time to farm elixirs, potions, flasks and other consumables.
• A working microphone and ventrilo 3.0 installed.
• Dedication to optimizing your gear, whatever this takes.
• Whilst we don't have any gear requirements, we expect you to show an intelligent choice of gear, talents, gemming and enchants.
• Non-retarded raid professions (no mining or herbalism please, that's simply just slack ).
• Always strive to improve as a player. This includes the ability to accept critizism and suggestions.

Our history:

In return, successful applicants will be part of an absolutely awesome environment, in a guild that has shown steady progress ever since our launch in November, 2007. In TBC we killed everything before and including Twins pre-nerf and....
Pre 3.1 we achieved "The Immortal" and all other achievements
We cleared Ulduar easy in 2 resets and have since then cleared all the hard modes (including Algalon), bar Yogg+0, A Tribute to insanity (with 3 raid days, Our current raidprogress is ICC25 Heroic 10/12 , ICC10 heroic 11/12)
we've decided to always focus on the highest tier of levelling, ei. ICC25 Heroic at the moment!).

Many of our current members - including the officers - have been in Confined since the beginning, promoting a very stable guild. We try to keep the amount of raiders we have to a minimum, meaning that we don't recruit for the bench: if you apply and get accepted, you'll have the same rights to join raids, as our experienced raiders.

• 1 x Restoration Druid / Holy Priest
• 1 x Balance Druid
• 1 x Resto Shaman (exceptional applicant)
• 1 x DPS warrior
• 1 x Holy paladin
• 1 x Deathknight
• 1 x Hunter

Being able and geared to play an offspec is a big plus and as we are not desperate, we have pretty steep requirements to any potential applicant.
