New Character, What Battlegroup/Server would you pick?

Looking to start up a new character.. not too sure that I want to but my friends are thinking about it so just wanted some advice.

Right now I play on Sargeras-US (Ally) [Shadowburn].

Friend's not too happy right now because they say the allies end up losing more often than not.. personally to me its not really that big a concern, I don't play BG's as much as they do.

But just looking for some advice, if you were to start a new character on a different Battlegroup, which one, and on which server.. and why?

Would also love to hear from people who would say stay on Sargeras, and why.

I'm not extremely skilled in PVP, but no matter what character I play.. i'd say im better than 'average' (this does not mean im exceptional.. just means im decent at understanding the class i play)
