Moonfire and Pillar of Flame "stealing" crit % from starfire and wrath?

Ive noticed that usually if my wrath/SF crit % is low in a particular fight, then my moonfire and Pillar of flame proc from Reign of the Unliving have higher crit % in that fight. The same holds true if my wrath/SF crit % is higher than usual. This has been bothering me for a while now, and i'm wondering if the game balances out overall crit % in this way.

Has anyone noticed that their their crit gets "syphoned" out of their wrath/ Starfire into their moonfire (and/or Reign of the Unliving if you have it)?

umm no, my starfire is generally 80%+ on crit, and my wrath is normally around 45%. I havnt checked the crit on moonfire or pillar of flame, partly cuz the moonfire crits dont crit for much, and pillar of flame if it crits its pretty much a bonus.
