biggest possible would be following setup:

prot paladin, geared for STAM, with wings, devo aura and divinity, casting it on a guardian spirit'd quick recovery specced rogue in WG with 20 stacks of tenacity.

the prot paladin would have 59,621 HP. wings would add an extra 20%, so 71,545 healing. devo aura adds 6%, so 75,838. divinity adds 5%, so 79,629. the heal is (20*18%) 360% increased, so a heal of 366,293 HP. the rogue takes an extra 20% healing from quick recovery. this means 439,552. also, the rogue has devo aura, so extra 6%. 465,925 healing. GS adds 40%. means 652,295 healing, NON CRIT. if we crit, we have a *drumroll* 978,443 HP healing crit.

you forgot to add the 60% bigger heal crits with this prot talent

Avenging wrath = 20% more healing.

Touched by the Light = 30% more critical healing.

I assume that 59,621 health assumes the highest stamina items available in every slot, plus stamina gems and enchants wherever possible?

You forgot the maximum health increase from Tenacity; 20 stacks gives me about 214k maximum health, I have just over 40k unbuffed.

I think my biggest LoH has been around 45-50k. Triggered Sheath of Light too.

LoH + Wings + Guardian Spirit + 5/5 Divinity + Hp from flag in AV. Then you also have the HoT from Sheath :P
