Arms/Fury switch

I'm arms, and I'm wondering if it's better just to keep arms or switch to Fury. I keep hearing that you need great weapons if you wana switch over, and I'm using Ironsoul right now. If i got 2 Ilevel219+ weapons, should i switch over to Fury?

Well, weapons are a huge deal for fury yeah, I'd not settle for anything below 2 Edge Agonys, or the alliance version..I dont know the name..starts with an R..but the 2 hand sword from TOTC 10 normal. Extremely easy to get even for a pug.
Gear Wise, I'd say it's not worth it to switch over until Uld 25 gear or TOTC 10 gear equiv stuff. The gear requirement for actually MORE dps than arms is pretty high.
