Nope, those three are the only ones that are not raid-wide.

    Sidira: Enhancement Shaman
    Lumiera: Prot Paladin
    Amiti/Lumiera: Shadow/disc priests

He meant you can only steal a magic attack which was striking someone from your party.

Pulse totems are party wide, others are raid wide. ie: any totem that gives a benefit every X seconds, healing, mana, cleansing, tremor etc are all party wide, any that give a solid buff are raid wide, eg: flametongue, resistance totems etc.

Indeed by just saying "mana" I didn't make it clear that Mana Tide that pulses is party wide, whereas Mana Spring which was changed to be a constant buff is raid wide.

Yes which is why for fear fights its still important to put your tanks and healers in a group with the shaman.

There I was thinking all my totems were rocking out buffs for the whole party I totally forgot about this.

Why did they do it like this again? To justify more than 1 shaman in raid?

Well I think it would be a bit too gamechanging if they did allow these few to be raid wide.

Cleansing: Any poison or disease boss mechanic would be worthless as long as you had just 1 shaman in the raid.

Tremor: Any fear mechanic would be worthless (ony phase 3, example) as long as you had just 1 shaman in the raid. Raidwide tremor totem

Healing stream: is not super powerful on its own, but it stacks with other shamans. If you had 5 shamans in the raid, all dropping healing stream totem, at about 250 a pulse, then everyone in the raid would get a constant 1250 HP/3 seconds with virtually no cost.
