Xperl Target problem on the PTR

I've been having a bit of trouble with Xperl on the PTR, namely with Xperl Target. The problem is that when I try to target someone, it doesn't display their portrait so it's hard to see who I'm targeting. This doesn't happen on live though, so I don't know what could be the problem. Also, whenever I log on I get this message:
