Help with Macros

Hey guys,

In my time of playing hunter, i`ve never used any macros , but i hear a lot of ppl saying that it can improve your dps quite a bit. My ms is usually below 200 , and my dps goes around 6.4k - 7.4k ..
Can u give me some vital macros for survival hunter. Like linking KC to every shot , MD macro , hunters mark macro and stuff?

My rotation is - kill shot>black arrow>explosive shot>aimed shot>serpent sting>steady shot

Um...Kill Shot can only be used on a target with 20% health or less...so explain how you open your rotation with that.....and, forgive me since my hunter is only 74, but why would you not put both DoT effects up as soon as possible (I would think Serpent Shot would be right after Black Arrow, but again, my hunter is young).

Second, i use ss later because i wanna start the cd`s of my main dps sources and because ss has no cd,

And third, my gear is not trash and when i`m good raid buffed(especially with guild) i pull 7k+ dps on beasts, koralon , XT , Jaraxxus ....

Now, can i get some good macros?

Umm, looking for a toc twins macro.

Basically want to change essence color, and target the opposite boss. This can use a mouse over on the portal, or if it targets the portal with the macro, swaps essence then targets boss, that would rock.

Should be able to do it with one macro and a shift fuction to change the desired color from light to dark, amirite?

This will put up Serpent sting and if you press it again within 3 sec it will do a huntersmark and reset its sequence in 3 sec to only do Sepent sting refresh if you click it only once, oh and it sends in your pet.

if they say 6,4-7,4k dps they mean they once did 7,4k dps in a nuke fight like XT with all avaible raidbuffs and a damage increasing buff from boss and much luck. it means he has a average 3-4k dps

he probly doesnt want any macro's hes just hapy he hitted 7k yesterday and made this post to show off. why would he post a armory link if he wants macro's?

Well, newb , i only put an armory link so that you know which spec i am - markman = markman macros , surv=surv macros etc.. and if you can do 3-4k dps average don`t whine about it ffs

To get back on topic, I just got KC, and from seeing a friend play pro hunter i knew i had to macro it into my regular shots.

So i made macro

/cast Kill Command
/cast Shot

but with this macro i get the annoying 'spell is not ready yet' msg constantly. Is there a way around it?

Forget the text sequence, but there's a way to not show error text in macros.
