Need advice on button placement

This is for rotation dps wise of fury and arms. What I want to know is what I should have on my task bar. What attacks in order so I can simplify this blasted dps bs at last. Listening to so many people I find I am getting confused or flat out lied to. Advice and info will be greatly appreciated.

Shield Block everywhere.

[Advent]

Arms:

1. Rend
2. Overpower
3. Mortal Strike
4. Recklessness
Alt+1. Execute
Alt+2. Slam
Alt+3. Sweeping Strikes/Charge [Modifier Shift for charge]
Alt+4: Bloodrage

Fury:

1. Bloodthirst
2. Whirlwind
3. Slam
4. Recklessness
5. Death Wish
6. Pummel
Mousewheel Up - Heroic Strike
Alt+1. Execute
Alt+2. Cleave
Alt+3. Sunder Armor
Alt+4. Any macro that switches you to battle stance for Shattering Throw.
Alt+5. Bloodrage

Those are mine. They're just suggestions though. =\
