The only enchanting trainer in shatt is scryer where do I go to train my enchanting for the BC levels.

There's an enchanting trainer back in hellfire at your starting town.

What the previous guy said. Profession trainers are available for each faction in Hellfire. Alliance is in Honor Hold and if I recall, Horde is at the secondary town in Hellfire (the blood elf place). I could be wrong on the latter.
