My dps sucks...Please help :(

Hi guys.
I dont know what Im doing wrong, but my dps is so low for the gear i have (Im lucky to pull out 4k dps in 25 mans ).
Im not sure whether its my spec, gear, gems, rotation, etc.....
Any help is much appreciated.

Get glyph of heroic strike instead of glyph of execution.

Try to get ~260 more arp rating to softcap your grimtoll.

idd gem more ArP will help abit, but its most likely a problem in your rotation. practise alot more, redo ur UI to make everything easier to see, watch thegreatme's video of how to rotate as a fury warrior.

I'd buy the crafted braces for a start, also improved berserker rage can be a very good talent to take since its 20 rage on top every 20 seconds. I also think your dps is kinda ok for gear you have assuming your fury.

Also change your meta gem to 21agi %3 crit dmg, and use a 10+stat gem to fill the requirements. Prefereably in a blue slot where its atleast a 6str gembonus (chest for example)

And you are missing a lil bit expertise, you should have 26.
