You can't make macros recognize what buffs/debuffs your target has.

However if you want to combine hamstring with something, combine it which charge (since charge is ranged)

It charges if at distance, hamstrings in melee range:

    /cast [nomod, stance:2/3] battle stance
    /cast [nomod] charge
    /cast [mod:shift, target=focus] charge
    /cast [nomod] hamstring
    /stopattack
    /startattack target

    What it does:

Goes battle stance if not in it,
    charges if at range
    hamstrings at melee range
    shift charges focus
doesn't reset swing timer when you switch targets using focus

although this forces you to use hamstring only in battle stance, causing the need to have hamstring on a seperate keybinding for when your in berserker stance, wich makes the macro pretty crap, no offense.
eventhough arms warriors are rarely in berserker stance, but if you are waiting in berserker stance to pummel that inc cast its crucial to have hamstring not shifting you to battle stance.

first of all that macro pwns and second of all if you dont understand you can make the similar macro in berserkerstance with intercept then i feel sorry for you
Wanna know how I got these scars? My father was... a drinker. And a fiend. And one night he goes off crazier than usual. Mommy gets the kitchen knife to defend herself. He doesn't like that. Not-one-bit. So - me watching - he takes the knife to her, laughing while he does it! Turns to me, and he says, "why so serious, son?" Comes at me with the knife... "Why so serious?" He sticks the blade in my mouth... "Let's put a smile on that face!

you sir, should pay more attention.

the macro is ment to be used also in berserker/defensive stance.
it FORCES you to go battle stance first, when your in berserker stance to hamstring.

in berserker -> battle stance -> charge -> hamstring.
    thats what the macro does.
so you need an addition keybinding to have hamstring and not be forced to go battle stance when your waiting to pummel a heal.
wich makes either the Battle stance part useless, or the hamstring part useless, in my opinion, it might be a decent macro for some situations, but why add a ability to a macro when you need it on a seperate keybinding aswell?

so how do you suggest making a macro for berserker stance?
if your in need of a second macro with another keybinding for say, battle stance to change to berserker stance, intercept and hamstring, then that removes the whole purpose of the macro.
you then might aswell remove the hamstring from the macro and use hamstring as 1 keybinding and not 2 different ones.
