diseaseless blood still viable with decent ArP?

well the topic pretty much sums it up..
im standing at about 43% passive arp and wondering if spending runes on diseases to buff hs is worth it instead of just using it more often
just started playing pve recently on my dk so i might just be talking out of my @ss

Diseaseless blood hasn't been viable since before 3.1.

Why do I see DK's ask about diseaseless builds so often? I mean, seriously, the class isn't hard.

It revolves around diseases. If you dislike it, perhaps you should try another class?
You cannot do that while stunned.

    This.

I play a Death Knight, and honestly, keeping track of diseases isnt hard at all. You press 2 buttons every 20 seconds or so to keep them up.

If you are complaining about this - a unique playstyle and feel to the class - then please, stop playing a DK, and go play something else.

I assume it would be in the same ballpark as 2h frost; You can try, but theres really better options out there.

As others have said, diseases are the core ability of the class. You do wimpy-ass damage if your diseases aren't up.

Diseaseless DPS hasn't been viable since the time when DKs were so OP they could oneshot you just by looking at you funny.

And that's if you don't have a rotation like Frost DW with glyph of Disease where you only push one button.
