Did they get rid of poison sounds?

So I applied wound and mind numbing on my lvl 70 gnome rogue, and I noticed that the poisons are not making any noise anymore on howling fjord mobs (vikings). I can't tell if this is a good thing or not since they were kind of loud, but they did add an effect to the class. Is this a glitch on my toon or has this been made permanent because of the patch?

Not sure about wound or mindnumbing, but instant and deadly sounds play for me.

I just tried with instant and deadly and I'm still having the same issue. If I listen closely, a noise is made that almost sounds like darth vader breathing. This must be a bug then since you don't have any issues.
