Killed lady Deathwhisper a moment ago in ICC 10 and she dropped a Physical dps trinket:

It's originally package, can't really remember what it was called atm. But it was a "lowcpu" package which was running with 800kb memory used when i installed it, but i've added several addons and removed some.

This trinket was in the loot tables pre 3.3. It is not on the wowhead database, only mmodb.

They just didn't know which boss it was off.
