    It will usually take longer to clear any instance than 15 minutes. Even VH.

    Brd takes less than 5 minutes actually, only need to kill first boss to finish the "random dungeon quest".

    Its only to prevent not starting a new Q if you dont like the instance (Occulus)

    Actually I had it only once...

    I deserted more or less 10 times and never got it, while being instantly teleported near 30k HP tanks pretending me to heal them through HoR HC and instantly leaving.
