Basically wondering is the weapon speed on heroic Dual-Blade Butcher better even with less wep. DPS over the faster wepon speed on Bone Arbiter. Anyone done any testing?
EJ testing showed that proc damage is pretty insane. It's easily a 250+ DPS upgrade over Heroic DDB, if not much more.
