Primordial Saronites!

This is a two fold topic.

First, do they have a chance to drop off of bosses in normal ICC 10 man?

Second, How much are they selling for on your realm's AH? So far on ours they have a starting price of 30,000 gold

Smart money is on no 10 man saronite except off LK or heroics

10 Man is Heroic only, and then there's normal and heroic 25.

Don't forget 25 23 Emblems of Frost.

There are quite a few on my server because of people who did the random heroic repeatedly for Frosts when it was bugged. A guildie friend of mine netted 80 of them before the hotfix.

Price wise? About 2500g. Whereas Battered Hilts are selling for 9-10K each.

My plan is to run the daily random heroic with each of my 80's
that's

2x4 emblems per day = 56 emblems per week

The weekly raid
5x4 emblems per week = 20 emblems

ICC 10/25 on my main
1x12 per week = 12 emblems

Per week, I can get 88 emblems of frost across 4 toons. Primordial Saronite is 23 emblems each. 25x23 = 575 emblems.

575/88 = 6.5 weeks

Our guild will not allow people to roll on this item. We gbank it, and you are allowed to request 2-3 per crafted item for free. While this SUCKS for the quest, it is great to be able to make a crafted piece and not have to pay for the most expensive part.

I'm not sure who the shards will go to, but I will assume that whoever gets the quest and the saronite first.

Of course, this will set me back on getting any other upgrades other than random loot. Again, it sucks, but as soon as I get Shadowmourn, it's on. Thing is, it may be obsolite within the next year. The sooner I get it, the longer I will be able to use it.

I for one am determined to be the first on server to get it, if not one of the first.
