Hallo ladies and gentleman. Since ICC is out, with ICC25 gear even from normal getting Armp Hard cap is not that hard. So the following questions are :

1). HArd cap Arm pene (1400) VS Soft cap with trink procc arm pen? Hard cap is better ait ? :SSSSS
2). ITs better To play with arm pene trinket (Gt, etc) or with... lets say 1100 arm penetration with food etc?

Hard cap > trinket, generally. Because it's there all the time.

I say generally because it depends if you are gimping your stats, which shuoldn't be the case with ICC gear anyhow.

Regarding your second point uh, depends on your stats, it's not a straigth answer. What do you gain by swapping out your ArP trinket? What would you gain instead by converting some of the passive ArP into other stats and equipping your GT/MR?

It depends on your stat balancing.
